Building Egypt's Esports Future
We started Fokuspyna because we saw talented gamers across Egypt with nowhere to turn their passion into careers. Three years later, we're still here—helping players understand what it really takes to compete professionally.
Started Small, Stayed Real
Back in 2022, we were just a few friends who'd been grinding competitive games for years. We kept meeting players who had raw talent but no clue how to approach esports as an actual career path.
So we started small—teaching basics like proper practice routines, team communication, and understanding the business side of gaming. Word spread, and suddenly we had players traveling from across the country to learn.
Today, we work with everyone from complete beginners to semi-professional teams. Our approach hasn't changed much: practical skills, honest feedback, and realistic expectations about what this industry actually requires.
What Drives Our Work
Every decision we make comes back to helping players make informed choices about their gaming careers.
Skill-First Approach
We focus on developing actual competitive abilities rather than promising shortcuts to success.
Team Dynamics
Individual skill matters, but understanding team roles and communication often determines who succeeds.
Industry Reality
We teach the business side—contracts, sponsorships, and career planning beyond just playing games.
Layla Hassan
Head of Program Development
"I've seen too many talented players burn out because they jumped into competitive gaming without understanding what they were getting into. Our job is to prepare them for both the highs and the challenges they'll face."
